Jamaya Williams is a Legal Intern at Fair Elections Center. She is a rising third-year law student at the University of Michigan Law School. In law school, Jamaya is involved in the Michigan Voting Project/Voting Rights Initiative and volunteered with the Election Protection Hotline during the 2022 general midterm elections. She also interned at the Michigan Bureau of Elections, Regulatory Section. Jamaya received her B.A. in Global Studies from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She is originally from the south suburbs of Chicago, IL.
