Applications must be received 14 days before Election Day (Same Day Registration is also available).
Wyoming does not allow third-party registration or voter registration drives. County clerks may not accept batches of voter registration applications.
Register to Vote in Person: Voters may register to vote in the office of the county clerk or town clerk within their county of residence. Voters may also print out a Wyoming Voter Registration Form and hand deliver the form to the county clerk in their county of residence.The form must be signed in front of the county clerk. Register by mail: Voters may register to vote by mail. The Voter Registration Form must be printed and filled out in front of a notary or registry agent. Identification must be presented at that time. A Wyoming Driver’s License is preferred but the following are acceptable alternatives: One of the following:

Then the voter registration oath must be signed by the applicant and by the notary or registered agent. The voter registration form and copies of the ID must then be sent to your local county clerk: sos.wyo.gov/Elections/Docs/WYCountyClerks.pdf
Register at the polls on Election Day: Wyoming allows same day registration at the polls. Bring the same ID as listed above. If a voter does not have all the required documentation, the voter will be offered a provisional ballot and have until the end of the next day to present proper ID to the county clerk.

Federal Form: Wyoming does not accept the National Mail Voter Registration Form.
