Emily Davis serves as Counsel with Fair Elections Center, after completing a two-year fellowship with the organization. While in law school, Emily was a Law & Public Policy Scholar, volunteered with the Election Protection Hotline, and interned with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. She was also a member of Temple Law’s Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she worked on a prisoner rights case before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She received her J.D., summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and her B.A., magna cum laude, in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
