Pop music played loudly outside Millican Hall on a hot Wednesday morning as students strolled from table to table lining the Reflecting Pond, picking up pamphlets and learning about voting information.
Kennedy Lynch, League of Women Voters at UCF chapter vice president, said its first Party to the Polls event from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. sought to encourage students to vote early at the Live Oak Event Center, the on-campus voting site that is also an early-voting location.
